Hi! Our goal is to make your Carolyn Arends Shop experience fully amazing. If you have any questions or need us for anything, don't hesitate to email orders@carolyarends.com. (And if there's something you'd like to see us add to the shop, email us with your ideas!

IN-STOCK ITEMS
Canadian orders are lovingly filled by Carolyn (or a conscripted Arends family member) in BC, while US and international orders are (also lovingly) filled by Justine in either Washington state or South Dakota. (She gets around, that Justine!) Orders are typically fulfilled in 24-28 hours (we'll email in the case of any unavoidable delays). Actual shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

DIGITAL MUSIC
Most digital music orders are handled for us by an app called Single Music, which we chose because it works well with all different kinds of computers and apps, and because they offer good tech support. You should receive an email with your download links as soon as you complete your order. If you run into any trouble, check out Single Music's support page and don't hesitate to send them an email (downloads@singlemusic.com.) Also feel free to reach out to us at any time (again at orders@carolynarends.com) if you're needing further support.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS (POD)
There are a few really unique print-on-demand items in the shop (things like totes and some of our apparel.) These items are shipped straight from the printer. Do review the shipping costs (which will be clearly indicated in your cart) before checkout, as they vary and can sometimes run higher than the shipping costs for our in-house items. Again, do let us know if you have any questions or need any support.

RETURN POLICY
If you're not happy with something for any reason, shoot us an email and we'll make it right.
